All prices are in Canadian Dollar.

Can I see your artwork in person before purchasing?
Private visits to my studio in Oak Bay (Victoria, British Columbia) can be arranged by email.

Are the artworks framed?
Unless otherwise noted, all artworks are unframed. If you would like assistance in selecting a suitable framing method for my artwork please feel free to email me.

Where do you ship artwork?
Shipping is available to destinations within Canada. All shipping is provided by Canada Post.

How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
Most artworks on paper will ship rolled securely within archival tissue and bubble wrap, and placed inside a heavy duty mailing tube. Artworks which include collage or chine-collé will ship flat packed due to the added delicate nature of the surfaces.

Artwork under 11×14 inches will ship flat-packed in a custom cardboard mailer.

When will I receive my order?

I normally ship within 3 business days of ordering.

From the time of shipping, parcels will usually arrive between 2 – 7 business days depending on your location.

These Terms apply to all offers made by Jamie Drouin on this website, all orders placed by you, and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the artworks and services offered on this website. By accepting my terms and conditions you accept the following principles:

Payment

Payment options – I accept payment processed by WooCommerce + Stripe, which allows payments with major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Prices

Prices for all products and shipping are in Canadian dollars. WooCommerce + Stripe will process your purchase amount in this currency.

Shipping

All shipping is via Canada Post and uses their managed tracking, parcel insurance, and delivery signature notification system. Any claims due to damage or loss of insured parcels is the sole responsibility of Canada Post in coordination with the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and I do not offer returns or exchanges. You are encouraged to contact me with any questions in advance, and I will help you any way I can to best inform your artwork purchases.

Product Descriptions

I attempt to describe my artwork as accurately as possible. However, handmade artwork editions will have subtle variations. As such, I cannot warrant that product descriptions or photos on the website are 100% accurate or error-free.

Supply

All unique artworks and editions are available while supply lasts. Validation of the availability of an artwork can occur only once the payment is verified and completed. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email listing the ordered items.

Cancellation

I reserve the right to cancel orders due to lack of supply, or shipping unavailability to your location. I also reserve the right to cancel orders due to verbal abuse, or suspicious actions by the customer.

Disclaimer

I am not liable for any financial damages (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.

I am not liable for any personal harm that may occur in the delivery or use of your purchases from this website.

Modification And Severability

I reserve the right to make changes to my website, to prices and edition, when unsold, our policies, Terms of Use and Sale, at any time and at sole discretion. If any of the terms or conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to images, texts, logos, photographs and any and all information of any kind in any form (the “Materials”) incorporated into, published or otherwise exhibited on this website are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and are owned and controlled by Jamie Drouin. Any copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, modifying or transmission or distribution of any Materials is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of my intellectual property rights and could result in legal liability and/or criminal sanction.

I am the sole owner of the photographs and images presented on this website and retain all copyright to the photograph i.e. the rights to produce, reproduce, present at a public exhibition, communicate the work to the public by telecommunication, and adapt the photograph.

Anyone wishing to use any of these files or images for commercial use, publication, or any purpose other than personal decorative or collecting use must request and receive prior permission. All requests to reproduce works of art from this website should be made by email.
